1. Services
WEB REVIVE supports you in rebranding, brand refresh, and website creation. Our services include graphic design, animations, image integration, and the redesign of logos and brand guidelines, according to your needs. We also optimize textual content for clarity while enhancing your site's SEO to improve online visibility and better capture your visitors' attention.
2. Orders and Payment
Once the quote (commercial proposal) is accepted and confirmed by the client, a 35% deposit is required to start the project. Once the final work is approved, the remaining 65% balance must be paid before the full website is delivered to you.
3. Delivery
Your WEB REVIVE site will be delivered fully operational on your Wix Studio account, whether you created the account yourself or we did it for you. Once delivered, you will have full control to modify and adjust the site as you wish. We also retain access to assist you with updates and future changes to ensure your site remains efficient and up to date.
4. Content Ownership
All content provided by the client for integration into visual creations — including, but not limited to, images, videos, sounds, and music — remains the exclusive property of the client or its respective copyright holders. WEB REVIVE claims no ownership over these elements.
5. Copyright
The client is fully responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary copyright for any content they provide for integration into visual creations. WEB REVIVE disclaims any liability for copyright infringement by the client.
6. Use of Visual Creations
The provided visual creations are strictly reserved for the specified use agreed upon at the time of order. The client agrees not to :

Distort, modify, or alter the provided visuals.

Use the visuals in projects or campaigns other than those for which they were designed.

Resell or redistribute the visuals to third parties.
Any violation of these conditions may result in legal action to protect our copyrights and intellectual property.
7. Intellectual Property
All copyright and intellectual property rights related to the creations remain the exclusive property of WEB REVIVE. The client is granted a limited-use license specifically for the defined campaign's needs.
8. Client Responsibility
The client is solely responsible for the use of visual creations made by WEB REVIVE, including any subsequent distribution, broadcasting, or reproduction. We disclaim all liability for misuse or unauthorized use of the visual creations.
9. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall WEB REVIVE be held liable to the client or any other party for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the visual creations produced.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
WEB REVIVE reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on web-revive.com. It is the client's responsibility to regularly review the Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any updates.
